Continuing the struggle. Innocent Until Proven Guilty
is the story of James Forman Jr., the son of civil rights activist
James Forman. As a public defender in Washington DC, Forman helps
African-American kids who have been arrested or incarcerated in
the past stay out of the criminal justice system. The poster
features an African-American boy who is both protected and dehumanized
by the pixellation used to conceal the identity of suspects on
television. In the film, we used the same bold typography for
on-screen information
and credits.
